Bradford District is split into 5 localities or area committees, each with resident populations of between 97,000 and 120,000 people.  Profiles for each area can be found in their respective areas, including health profiles which contain both area and ward level data and profiles covering general demographic information at both an area and ward level. 

Community Partnership profiles are also available which help to identify local health needs and to support decision-making in communities as part of the Core20PLUS5 approach.  The profiles focus on deprivation, smoking and the five clinical areas included in Core20PLUS5 (Maternity, Severe Mental Illness, Chronic Respiratory Disease, early Cancer diagnosis, Hypertension case-finding).
