Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment
Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2026-2029
Help shape the future of pharmacy services in Bradford District - have your say!
Bradford District's Health & Wellbeing Board is undertaking a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which is a legal, comprehensive, assessment of the current and future needs of local people for community pharmacy services and is used to inform commissioning decisions by local authorities, NHS England and Integrated Care Boards (ICB’s).
If you are a resident of Bradford District we would be grateful if you could answer some questions about your own experiences and views.
The questionnaire is anonymous and confidential. It should take no longer than ten minutes to complete and anyone who uses local pharmaceutical services is invited to comment.
Please be honest with your answers so we can accurately assess areas where pharmacies are already performing well and areas that need improvement.
